"I
am a
gambler.
I
believed
that
the
true
attraction
of
life
was
a
gamble.
I
had
a
gamble
to
bet
everything
I
had
and
won.
But
I
don't
believe
that
words
anymore.
There
are
many
games
in
life
but
the
important
matter
to
me
now
is
to
love
one
person.
Destiny
was
not
on
my
side
but
I
think
I
will
win
this
game.
All
in!
I
bet
everything
I've
got
to
love
one
person." ~
Kim
In-ha
"All
In"
brings
you
the
grand
tale
of
two
men
from
totally
different
family
backgrounds.
The
story
follows
the
wild
and
reckless
lives
of
these
two
young
men,
hell-bent
on
success.
At
an
early
age,
In-ha
learned
to
survive
a
rough
life
through
gambling.
Running
away
from
debts
and
deceiving
people
are
what
he
and
his
uncle
do
best.
As
he
got
older,
he
learned
how
to
cheat.
His
hands
became
quicker
than
the
eye.
He
met
a
girl
named
Soo-yeon,
who
hated
him
at
first,
but
later
started
to
like
him.
He
was
also
a
leader
of a
gang.
But
when
he
fell
in
love
with
Soo-yeon,
he
desired
to
be a
better
man.
While
attending
high
school,
he
met
Jung-won,
the
son
of a
wealthy
hotel
owner.
In-Ha
and
Jung-won
became
quick
friends
despite
Jung-won's
father
objection.
However,
they
got
into
trouble
for
killing
a
gang
leader
who
harassed
Soo-yeon
and
her
father
after
they
failed
to
repay
a
loan.
In-Ha
and
Jung-won
were
arrested
and
sentenced
to
jail
for
7
years
but
Jung-won
got
away
from
it
because
of
his
father's
political
influence.
Even
though
Jung-won
doesn't
want
to
leave
his
friend
in
despair,
he
was
forced
to
go
to
the
U.S.
to
avoid
the
scandal.
In
jail,
In-ha
met
and
made
friends
with
the
leader
and
a
member
of
another
gang,
Jong-gu.
In
the
meantime,
Jung-won
went
to
college
in
U.S.
and
met
Suh
Jin-hee.
He
knew
that
she
was
the
daughter
of
his
father's
old
boss.
They
had
met
before
briefly,
but
Jung-won
was
too
shy
then.
Right
after
In-ha
was
arrested,
Soo-yeon
decided
to
become
a
nun.
After
realizing
that
she
really
doesn't
have
what
it
takes
to
be a
nun,
Soo-yeon
left
the
convent
and
worked
in
the
casino.
There
she
met
Jin-hee
who
is
secretly
working
as a
dealer
in
their
family
owned
casino
to
learn
the
ins
and
outs
of
the
business.
But
when
Jin-hee
was
entrusted
to
manage
the
company,
she
didn't
realize
that
she'll
be
going
head
to
head
against
Jung-won,
whom
she
met
and
fell
in
love
with
in
the
U.S.
When
In-ha
was
set
free,
he
went
home,
with
one
intent…
to
find
Soo-yeon.
Coincidentally,
In-ha
found
a
job
at
the
casino
Soo-yeon
was
working
at
and
met
Jung-won
again.
For
In-ha,
being
with
his
true
love
and
his
friend
is a
dream
come
true
until
he
got
involved
in a
frame
up
secretly
initiated
by
Jung-won's
father.
He
was
sent
to
the
U.S.,
with
his
friend
Jong-gu,
through
the
help
of
Jung-won.
Life
in
the
U.S.
was
hard
for
In-ha.
He
didn't
contact
anybody,
even
Soo-yeon,
in
fear
that
they'll
get
caught
from
running
away.
But
when
Soo-yeon
followed
her
dreams
to
study
abroad,
their
path
crossed
once
again.
They
rekindled
their
love
and
became
inseparable
until
In-ha
had
an
accident
from
protecting
his
boss.
Soo-yeon
came
back
to
Korea
devastated
thinking
that
In-ha
died
on
the
day
they
were
supposed
to
get
married.
Jung-won
helped
her
get
through
the
hard
times
but
helplessly
fallen
in
love
with
her.
Jin-hee
gave
up
on
her
feelings
towards
Jung-won
and
concentrated
more
on
work.
Although
Jeong-won's
company
is
doing
much
better
than
theirs,
she
didn't
lose
hope.
She
finally
found
a
financial
partner
to
save
their
business
from
bankruptcy.
But
to
her
surprise,
the
person
who
backed
her
up
is
In-ha,
who
was
groomed
by a
rich
gambler
to
deal
with
his
business
affairs.
Jung-won
became
threatened
of
the
tremendous
success
of
In-ha
and
Jin-hee's
partnership.
With
Soo-yeon
as
his
inspiration,
he
fought
harder
to
get
all
the
accounts
and
investors.
But
when
Soo-yeon
found
out
that
In-ha
is
alive,
she
followed
her
heart
and
went
back
to
his
side.
Eventhough
In-ha
has
to
give
up
everything
he
has
worked
for,
he
couldn't
be
happier
to
be
with
Soo-yeon.
Not
to
mention,
their
case
was
reopened
and
charges
against
him
were
dropped.
Lee Byung-hun as Kim In-ha
Kim In-ha is an orphan and grows up with gambler Kim Chi-su. He falls in love with Min Soo-yeon and makes friends with Choi Jung-won, the son of hotelier Choi Do-hwan. Jung-won becomes In-ha's best friend.
In-ha is accused of murder by Jung-won's father and makes an escape to the United States. In Las Vegas he meets a teacher of card games and becomes a professional gambler. After he wins the World Poker Championship, he returns to Korea to run a casino and hotel business. Back home, he contends for victory and success with his friend but rival, Jung-won.
Song Hye-kyo as Min Soo-yeon (aka Angela)
Soo-yeon meets In-ha in her younger days but grows up in an orphanage on Cheju Island, run by a group of nuns after her father was ambushed by the gamblers and killed in the struggle. She is training to be a nun. However, Soo-yeon realises that being a nun is not her calling, and requests to leave the orphanage. She is recommended by her guardian to Director Suh.
She gets assigned to work in one of Director Suh's casinos on Cheju Island. Being a master in English and Japanese languages, she becomes a dealer and translator at Oasis casino. There, Soo-yeon reunites with In-ha and soon after they become a couple.
She later becomes a manager in Sea World Hotel and proves to be capable. However, her love for In-ha causes much hurt and she is in low spirits most of the times. But she still has a clear mind to know who she really loves and rejects Jung-won. At first, she is hesitant to accept him again as he disappoints her so many times - to fail in learning languages and to flee overseas. But after knowing the truth, she accepts him again.
Ji Sung as Choi Jung-won
Jung-won is a young hotelier. His father owns a cinema too. He is kind, observant, capable and also ambitious. His intention to work as a researcher consultant in Oasis casino is to find out their weakness. He has wanted to be independent but he still has to work under his father's wing. After working for him, he starts to become despicable and ruthless like him to lose his innocence. We still can't blame him for lying to Soo-yeon because he cares for her and In-ha brings her too much agony. He is only trying to protect her. However, he still knows to give up after being unable to win her heart and admits his mistake openly.
Park Sol-mi as Suh Jin-hee
She looks arrogant but she is kind. To know the nature of her father's business better, she is willing to start from scratch. She succeeds in having her sweet revenge but she deserves a man as she is nice to Soo-yeon although she wins the heart of Jung-won.
